I'm an individual buyer, not a company — NIF or NIE?
For foreign individuals, the NIE acts as your NIF for tax purposes once registered with the tax agency. For foreign companies buying property, an N-type company NIF is required. Tell us your situation and we'll be straight about which one you need.
