Spanish admin is our craft. EPR is the next chapter.

which has guided thousands of non-residents through Spanish tax IDs, representation,
and paperwork. EPR compliance is the same craft, applied to a new obligation.
My co-founders and I are entrepreneurs in the least glamorous industry there is: administrative paperwork. We built AnchorLess to make European bureaucracy painless for people who don’t speak its language — and since 2021 we’ve guided more than 5,000 people through it.
exists because we watched our own clients hit the same wall again —
this time as sellers, with a marketplace email demanding an EPR number
they’d never heard of. Same confusion, same Spanish-only forms, same feeling
of being late through no fault of your own.
So we applied the same craft: one onboarding in plain English, flat fees with nothing hidden, and a real person who answers. If that’s the kind of help you need, write to us — I still read what comes in.

Why we built this
Since January 2023, Spain’s packaging law applies to every seller shipping physical goods into the country — with no minimum volume. Overnight, tens of thousands of international sellers became non-compliant without knowing it.
We watched our AnchorLess clients get the same three surprises: a marketplace asking for an EPR number they’d never heard of, a registry that only speaks Spanish, and a legal requirement to appoint a representative in Spain they had no way to fulfil alone.
So we built the service we’d want ourselves: one onboarding in English, flat fees, recycling costs passed through at cost, and a real person who answers.
How we work
Plain English, plain numbers
No legalese, no hidden line items. If a fee exists, you'll see it before you sign — including the scheme's recycling fees.
Specialists, not generalists
We do Spain, and we do it deeply. For other countries we'll happily refer you to peers we trust.
Accountable in Spain
As your authorized representative, our name stands next to yours on the registry. We take that seriously — it's why we're precise.
Honest scope
We are not a government body and not a recycling scheme. We're the layer that makes dealing with both painless.
Your compliance runs through the official channels.
We prepare and file everything on your behalf — these are the bodies and schemes that issue the actual registrations.
Producer registry — MITECO
Registro de Productores de Producto
Issues your producer number and certificate once we file your registration.
Packaging scheme (SCRAP)
Ecoembes
The collective scheme we enrol you in — recycling fees passed through at cost.
Spanish tax agency
Agencia Tributaria
Issues the Spanish tax ID (NIF) we obtain for you when you need one.
EU packaging framework
European Union
Directive 94/62/EC and Spanish RD 1055/2022 — the law your compliance is built on.
eprspain.com is an independent private service. All registrations, numbers and certificates are issued directly by the authorities and schemes above — we prepare, file and follow up.
