The pass-through, explained honestly.
On top of our service fee, the SCRAP (e.g. Ecoembes) charges recycling fees based on the materials and weights you place on the Spanish market. These are not our revenue — they go straight to the scheme, at cost.
For a small seller shipping mostly cardboard, they typically total a few dozen to a few hundred euros per year (minimum around €40–50 per stream).

Are there any other costs?
Only the SCRAP recycling fees shown above, passed through at cost. No per-declaration charges, no “urgent filing” surcharges, no renewal increases without notice.
What if I stop selling to Spain?
You can cancel before your annual renewal. We'll file your final declaration and deregister you properly, so nothing lingers on the registry in your name.
Do you charge more as my volumes grow?
Our service fee stays flat. What grows with volume is only the recycling fee you pay to the scheme — per kilogram, at the published tariff.
Can I pay monthly?
Fees are annual to mirror the annual compliance cycle. If cash flow is a concern for a larger multi-stream setup, talk to us — we can split payments.
