Three EPR streams,
one provider.
Electronics and batteries can carry their own EPR regimes in Spain, on top of packaging. We review the catalogue and coordinate the applicable registry, scheme and reporting services named in the written scope.

Timing depends on document completeness and independent registry and scheme review
The triple obligation
WEEE has its own registry
Electrical and electronic equipment falls under RD 110/2015, with separate registration, its own SCRAPs, and category-based reporting.
Batteries count — even inside products
RD 106/2008 covers batteries and accumulators, including those shipped inside your devices. Most sellers miss this one.
Three declarations, three deadlines
Each stream reports separately. Missing one exposes you to the same fines as missing all of them.
Everything, handled.
- Stream-by-stream obligation analysis of your catalog
- Producer-registry application coordination for applicable streams
- Responsibility-scheme application coordination where applicable
- Coordination with the representative identified in the engagement documents
- Category mapping of your products (WEEE categories)
- Applicable annual declarations prepared within the agreed scope
Four controlled steps.
Catalog review
We map your products to the right WEEE categories and confirm exactly which streams apply.
Applications coordinated by stream
One onboarding can cover the applicable packaging, WEEE and battery registry and scheme applications identified in the written scope.
One data template
You report units and weights once; we split them across the three regimes correctly.
Reporting dates tracked
We track the reporting dates within the agreed scope and coordinate each declaration with you.
Frequently asked
My devices ship with batteries included. Do I need battery EPR?
Yes. Batteries placed on the Spanish market inside equipment count. You register for the battery stream and declare the batteries contained in the products you sell.
Which SCRAP will I join for WEEE?
Spain has several WEEE schemes (Ecolec, Ecotic, and others). We broker the membership that fits your product categories and volumes — the recycling fees pass through at cost either way.
Is this much more expensive than packaging-only?
Packaging keeps its published flat fee. WEEE and battery costs depend on catalogue categories and the schemes involved, so we review those details and issue a written tailored quote before any work or payment.
