Our values

Values are easy to claim. Ours cost us something.

Who we are lives on the About page — the team, the track record, the founder's note. This page is the operating manual: the rules we run by, kept on the days they're expensive.

Six rules we don't bend

Every company lists values. The honest test is what each one costs when it's inconvenient — so we've written the price next to each.

Plain English

If you need a lawyer to read our emails, we've failed. Every form, fee and deadline gets explained the way we'd want it explained to us.

Costs us: sounding less impressive than a law firm.

Flat fees, visible before you sign

The number on the pricing page is the number on your invoice. Recycling fees pass through at cost, itemized — we don't touch them.

Costs us: every upsell we never make.

Specialists, not generalists

We do Spain, deeply — its registries, its schemes, its deadlines. For other countries, we refer you to peers we trust.

Costs us: every client outside Spain.

Accountable in Spain

As your authorized representative, our name stands on the registry next to yours. Precision isn't a virtue here — it's the job.

Costs us: the shortcuts we can't take.

Honest scope

We're not a government office and not a recycling scheme — and we say so in our own footer. If EPR doesn't apply to you, that's the answer you'll get.

Costs us: easy sales to sellers who owe nothing.

A human answers

One business day, a real person, with your file open. No ticket numbers, no dead ends.

Costs us: the margins of full automation.

What we refuse
  • Selling through fear. The realistic risk is marketplace delisting — and that's what we'll tell you, not the €3.5M headline.
  • Greenwashing. Registering paperwork doesn't make anyone carbon-neutral, including us.
  • Hidden margins inside recycling fees. They pass through at cost, always.
  • Implying we're official. We're a private service; certificates come from the authorities.
  • Registering streams you don't owe. If packaging is your only obligation, that's all you'll pay for.
What you can hold us to
  • Every fee visible before you sign — service and scheme fees alike.
  • Recycling fees itemized at cost on every invoice.
  • A plain-language answer within one business day.
  • A written "no" when EPR doesn't apply to you.
Ecology

Our environmental contribution is unglamorous. It's also real.

Spain's EPR law exists for one reason: whoever puts packaging, electronics or batteries on the market pays for collecting and recycling them. The polluter-pays principle, applied to commerce.

Most non-resident sellers aren't outside that system out of malice — they've simply never heard of it. Their parcels still land in Spanish bins; Spanish households still fund the sorting.

That's our contribution: every seller we register becomes one more producer actually financing collection and recycling. We won't pretend paperwork saves the planet — we make the polluter-pays principle work across borders, which is what it was written for.

What your registration funds

  • Kerbside collection — the yellow and blue containers on Spanish streets
  • Sorting plants and material recovery
  • The reporting that keeps the loop auditable

Professionalism

Boring, on purpose.

Compliance is a craft of deadlines, decimals and forms filed on time. We find that satisfying. You'll find it restful.

01

Deadlines are commitments

Declarations are filed every March — yours won't be the one that's late.

02

Precision over speed

We'd rather ask you one more question than file a guess with your name on it.

03

One person owns your file

Whoever answers knows your case — not a queue, a colleague.

04

We say no when we should

If we can't do something well, we tell you — and refer someone who can.

As a colleague

No open positions right now — we're a small team and we like it that way. But if flat fees, plain English and owning a file sound like how you'd want to work, introduce yourself and tell us what you'd own.
