Parcels ready to ship to marketplace customers in Spain
Got the Amazon email?

“Action required: provide your EPR registration number…”

That email is Amazon doing what Spanish law now requires of marketplaces: verifying that sellers shipping to Spain are EPR-registered. What it actually asks for is one thing — your producer registration number from the Registro de Productores de Producto. That number is exactly what we obtain for you, certificate included, in about two weeks.

Sound familiar?

Amazon asked for an EPR number

Marketplaces are legally required to check that sellers shipping to Spain are EPR-registered — and they suspend listings that aren't.

The registry is Spanish-only

The Registro de Productores de Producto, SCRAP contracts, and declarations are all in Spanish, and non-residents can't file alone.

You sell in many countries

Every EU country has its own EPR regime. You need Spain handled without it becoming a second job.

What’s included

Everything, handled.

  • Spanish NIF creation in 24h (€449 — if you don't have one)
  • Authorized representative with a Spanish address
  • Registration in the Registro de Productores de Producto
  • Your producer number — the one Amazon asks for
  • Ecoembes (packaging SCRAP) membership brokering
  • Annual declaration prepared and filed every March
How it works

Four steps, two weeks.

01

Tell us where you sell

Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or several — plus a rough idea of your monthly parcel volume to Spain.

02

We prepare and file

NIF, producer registry, and Ecoembes membership — you sign, we handle the Spanish paperwork.

03

You get your producer number

Upload it to Seller Central (or any marketplace portal) and your listings stay live.

04

We keep you compliant

Every March, we collect your tonnages and file your annual declaration. You renew once a year.

Frequently asked

What exactly does Amazon ask for?

Your producer registration number from the Spanish Registro de Productores de Producto. Once registered, you upload it in Seller Central under your compliance settings — we send you the number and a confirmation certificate as soon as it's issued.

How fast can I get my number?

With your documents ready, most marketplace sellers are EPR-registered in about two weeks. Need a NIF first? That's a separate 24-hour service at €449 — apply online and we email you a payment link.

I only sell a few hundred parcels a year. Does this still apply?

Yes. Spanish packaging EPR has no minimum threshold — the obligation starts from the first parcel. The good news: at low volumes, the recycling fees are small (often under €100/year).
