eprspain.com provides administrative facilitation services for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance in Spain, including support with producer registration, authorized representation, collective scheme (SCRAP) membership, and annual declarations.

eprspain.com is a private service. It is not a government office, agency, or collective scheme, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body. All producer numbers, memberships, and certificates are issued directly by the relevant authorities and schemes.

Recycling fees invoiced by collective schemes are passed through at cost and are separate from our service fees. Service scope, fees, and liability caps are defined in each client engagement letter.
